- Loan term - Up to 30 yrs
- Loan purpose - Property purchase for investment
Restrictions
- No refinancing of existing property owned by the Super Fund
- No refinancing of an existing lending arrangement
- No Construction or property Development
- No Vacant Land
- No Company title ownership structures
- No Capitalisation of interest or funding of interest (as per SIS Act).
Servicability - loan repayments to be met from
- Net Income Rental from the Property
- Superannuation Fund member Contributions
- Superannuation Fund Investment Income
